How the Ownership Fund is held, and the terms that apply to it, are being confirmed with a solicitor before the first contract is signed. What this site says about the fund describes our intended design. The signed contract is what counts.

We try to keep this site accurate, and we correct it when we find errors. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
