Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with your details when you use this site, email us or apply to Omose.

Who we are

Company details and the registered address will be added here once the company is registered. To contact us about your data, email hello@omose.co.uk.

What we collect

• If you apply as a host: your name, contact details and information about your business.
• If you apply as an apprentice: your name, contact details, age group, borough, what you are doing now, and what you tell us about your plans.
• If you request the pilot pack: your name, organisation, work email and your interest.
• The page you applied from, and the date and version of the consent you gave.

Why we use it

To contact you about your application, and to decide whether Omose is a fit. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers. If we want to share them with a partner, such as a training provider, we will ask you first.

How long we keep it

If you are not placed, we delete your application after 6 months. Contract records for pairs are kept for 7 years after the contract ends.

Where it is stored

Form applications are stored in London with Supabase. Cloudflare runs this site and passes emails and form applications through its network. Our inbox is with Google, and a copy of each application goes there. These companies may handle data outside the UK, with legal safeguards in place.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own site.
